What a great year we have had with the launch of our new website. We had over 7,300 hits over the course of the year. We thank each of you who have checked out our site and hope you will keep coming back as we add more items. Our scanner link appears to be our most popular page with the new radio system not able to be received on regular scanners anymore. We of course will keep this up and running!! Friday Night @ 6:30pm is the Village Christmas Parade and Tree Lighting Celebration, Saturday Morning, Breakfast with Santa @ St Mary’s School, then 1pm-3pm, join us for our Children’s Christmas Party with Santa at our firehouse on Milton Ave. See you then!!!

At our annual department meeting, held April 5th, our response numbers for the year were released. This year the Ballston Spa Fire Dept responded to 384 emergency calls. This was up 22 calls from last year. The members of Union Fire Co. #2 volunteered 14,300 man hours at these calls. This shows the dedication of each and every member of our fire company. Great Job Everyone!!!!
